Our full-service design option is ideal for clients taking on full-scale renovations, furnishing entire homes, or building from the ground up. If you're ready to transform your space but don’t want the overwhelm of managing all the moving parts, this service is for you. We oversee the entire process—from early vision to final styling—so you can focus on living your life while we bring your dream home to life. Perfect for busy professionals, growing families, or anyone looking to make bold, lasting changes to their home. Full-service is priced at a flat fee, subject to project scope, scale, and timeline.

Proposal & Onboarding
After our site visit, we provide a custom design proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, and design fee. Once approved, we kick off the project with a welcome packet, contract, and retainer invoice. A retainer is required prior to the start of any full-service project.
Discovery Call & Consultation

Upon receiving your form, I will reach out to schedule a call where we will discuss project goals, timeline, and budget more in-depth. Then we will coordinate an on-site consultation so that I can assess existing conditions, take photos, get dimensions, and dive deeper into your lifestyle, functional needs, and the way you want your home to feel.
Architectural Plan Review
Designers see space a little differently than architects or builders—which is why this step is so important. We’ll review floor plans, elevations, and any construction drawings to ensure everything aligns with the design vision. With a focus on flow, functionality, and aesthetics, we may provide revisions or suggestions to better support your vision and needs, ensuring your home not only looks beautiful but lives beautifully too.
Space Planning & Technical Drawings
We create detailed floor plans and a few scaled furniture layout options, keeping your needs and wants in mind. These drawings guide our sourcing process and help you visualize function, traffic flow, and furniture placement. Custom built-ins, millwork, cabinetry, and lighting plans may be included depending on your project scope.​
Concept & Design Development
Here’s where the fun really begins... We develop a comprehensive design plan that includes mood boards, materials, furnishings, finishes, paint colors, and textiles. You’ll receive a full presentation with floor plans, elevations, visuals, and material samples so you can see how all the pieces work together. After narrowing some ideas down, we collaborate with you to finalize the design. Two rounds of revisions are typically included to adjust finishes, furniture selections, or layout details based on your feedback.
Procurement & Order Management
After the design has been finalized and you have signed off on everything, we move into the logistics phase—handling every detail of ordering, tracking, and coordinating deliveries. We work closely with trusted vendors to ensure items arrive as expected, managing lead times, backorders, and any unforeseen hiccups along the way. Our team keeps everything organized and documented so you’re always in the loop.
Installation & Styling
Once everything has arrived, we coordinate white-glove delivery and oversee installation. We place furniture, hang art, style bookshelves, arrange decor, and add finishing touches to make your space feel warm, layered, and complete.

Final Walk-Through & Wrap-Up
After install day, we walk the space together, create a punch list (if needed), and ensure everything meets our shared expectations. You’ll also receive a wrap-up package with care instructions, product details, and maintenance tips to help you enjoy your home for years to come. It’s the final step in our process, but the beginning of life in a space that truly feels like yours.
